Vaccinations to come into kennels

A reminder that annual vaccinations and Kennel Cough vaccine for your dog all need to be up to date before any stay.  This is for the health of all dogs in the kennel and also because it’s a licence requirement from the local authority.

If you’re just renewing vaccinations for your dog from the previous year, you can get it done up to the day of a stay.  If anything is for the first time or has lapsed then it needs to be done at least two weeks before a stay.  Please ensure that your vet knows that you want your dog to receive the Kennel Cough vaccine as well as the other annual boosters as they may not do it if you do not specifically ask for it.

We always need to hold the vaccination card whilst your dog is staying with us.  Please also write your dog’s microchip number on their vaccination card.

If you are not sure whether vaccinations are up to date, please check with your vet, or send us a photo of the vaccination card and we will be happy to check for you.
